What Personal Information Do We Collect?

The categories of personal information Coffman collects depends on how you interact with us, our Services, and the requirements of applicable law. We collect information that you provide directly and information that we automatically collect when you access and use the Services, and information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations. Cookies and Similar Technologies. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit a website, rather than your name or other directly identifying information. We do not combine the information collected using Google Analytics with your personal information. Although Google Analytics plants a persistent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit a website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google Analytics uses its cookie(s) and the information Google Analytics collects to track your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Services, and other websites. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Services are governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Google may utilize the data collected to track and examine the use of the Services, to prepare reports on its activities, and share them with other Google services. If we create or receive de-identified information, we will not attempt to reidentify such information, except to comply with applicable law.

How Do We Disclose Personal Information?

We disclose your personal information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Services, to protect us or others, or in the event of a major business transaction such as a merger, sale, or asset transfer, as described below.

We may disclose personal information with our affiliated entities or third parties, such as trusted business partners and service providers, to help provide the Services, deliver our products and services, process payments, perform statistical analysis, protect against potential fraud, or perform any other functions consistent with the operation of the Services. It is possible that Coffman’s corporate structure or organization might change or that it might merge or otherwise combine with, or that it or portions of its business might be acquired by, another company. In any such transactions, personal information generally is, and should be expected to be, one of the transferred business assets. Also, if any bankruptcy, liquidation, or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, your personal information may be considered a Coffman asset that may be sold or transferred to third parties.

Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information about children.   • Phone Calls. If you receive an unwanted phone call from us, you may opt out of receiving future phone calls from us by following the instructions which may be available on the call or by Contact Us.

  • Cookies and Personalized Advertising. You may stop or restrict the placement of certain Technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences in your browser as your device permits. However, if you adjust your preferences, our Services may not work properly. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. However, you may opt-out of personalized advertisements on some mobile applications by following the instructions for Android,, iOS,, and others. The online advertising industry also provides websites from which you may opt out of receiving targeted ads from data partners and other advertising partners that participate in self-regulatory programs. We adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and do not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.

  • Opt-Out Preference Signals. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may opt out of certain online tracking by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") on browsers and browser extensions that support such a signal. Supplemental Notice for Residents of Certain U.S. States and California Notice at Collection

This Supplemental Notice is for residents of states that have adopted comprehensive privacy legislation and others that may come into effect from time to time (collectively, "Applicable State Laws"). Coffman will only keep your personal information for so long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).


Categories of Personal Information Disclosed to Third Parties

In the 12-month period preceding the date of this Privacy Policy, Coffman may have disclosed the categories of personal information that we collect to our service provider-vendors, such as web hosting services, IT outsourcing providers, marketing providers, our customers, suppliers, and any other third party described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Right to Delete: The right to delete personal information that we have collected from you.

  • Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information: The right to correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

  • Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use or disclose your "sensitive" personal information outside of limited purposes, such as the following: (1) performing our Service or providing goods, (2) detecting security incidents, (3) resisting malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal actions, (4) ensuring physical safety, (4) for short-term transient use, including certain non-personalized advertising, (5) maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, verifying customer information, or providing similar services, and (6) to verify and maintain the quality or safety of a service or product to improve, upgrade, or enhance a service or product. As such, the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information does not apply. Additionally, we do not use your sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Certain Uses: The right to opt out of the sale/share of your personal information for targeted advertising and use in profiling decisions. Please note that we do not use your personal information for any such purposes, and as such, the right to opt-out does not apply.

  • Right to Not Receive Discriminatory Treatment: You have the right to not receive discriminatory or retaliatory treatment by us for the exercise of any of the rights conferred under applicable law.

How to Exercise Your Rights

You can exercise any of your rights described in this Privacy Policy by Contact Us as described above. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Verification Methods. Once you submit a request, we will verify that you are the consumer to which the request pertains by matching the identifying information provided by you (e.g., name, email address, account-related information) to the information we maintain. Depending on the type of request you submit, we will attempt to match either two or three of the data points you provided. If we are unable to verify your request with the data points you provided, we may reach out to you for additional information to verify your request.

  • Authorized Agent. You can select an "authorized agent" to submit requests on your behalf. We will require the authorized agent to have a written authorization confirming that authority. We may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us. Once your authorized agent is verified, they may submit a request in directly as described above.

  • Appeal. You may have the right to appeal our decision or response to your request. To exercise your right to appeal, you can submit and appeal request using the same method used to submit your original request, including by contacting us as described in this Privacy Policy.
